It is a great pleasure to be part of WCF – it’s been almost a year since I started volunteering. It has been a great experience for me, helping Educate, Empower and Enrich Polish children, youth and adults. Being a mentor for two Indian children as part of the E-Mentoring program gave me the opportunity to be more aware about the needs of children in other countries.

I can see how even a small action can make a huge impact on the world. What’s more, I observe the development and empowerment of even our volunteers. Those things motivate me to undertake more WCF work to support children’s growth. I encourage all of you to take this opportunity and become a member of WCF family!

I have been part of the WCF family for over three years now and it has been a wonderful journey that made me realize that CSR is not just about corporate giving back to the society but it is also about revealing the considerate and generous characteristics of an individual. The more effort you make, the more you receive in terms of learning, experience and contentment.

Through the WCF platform, volunteering opportunities are provided for WNS employees and clients to get involved and thus help make valuable contributions to local communities and individual lives. WNS employees really do go the extra mile to dedicate themselves, adding that human touch in terms of really listening, caring and doing something so often missing in our hectic lives. And this is pretty evident by some of the comments that have been made after our involvement in WCF SA activities: Participation in this project has changed me a lot. I now appreciate things more, knowing I am blessed to have where others do not.” “A group of people can bring so much change to one person’s life.” You can achieve anything if you have the willpower and put your mind to it." It changed my entire mindset with regards to the area the youth came from. It does not matter where you live, but what you put in and the direction you choose to go!” I have lots of space for growth and picture myself in this company developing myself and growing in the business and person as a whole – the project has taught me that I need to crawl before I can walk. We now have a much deeper appreciation for others and how important it is to work together.

WCF volunteering and my role as a SPOC gives me utmost satisfaction. During my journey, I have learnt a lot about Corporate Social Responsibility, and spent quality time with children, empowering them through various activities. I feel blessed when I interact with the kids and build a strong connect with them. I even found a teacher in myself. I will always be grateful to WCF for giving me this opportunity.

The glimmer of hope that I saw in the eyes of children whether in New York through the dictionary project or in the slums of Mumbai where we have adopted a school has managed to stir my inner soul. The WCF team is nascent but already very impactful. I am a believer!

WCF program is very attractive to me, because it is in line with what I am interested in. It took some time before we have selected the right audience and target students, because though we are focusing on Children educations, WCF is focusing a bit on those poor families and those who are with lesser educational opportunities.

This gave us a different angle in Children education, we have to find out how to make the program suitable for Chinese local situations and max beneficial to the society. It is more blessed to give than to receive. Now we got a very good start and I hope that WCF activities will reach out to more regions and benefit more children or people in need in 2018. I love WCF, I am proud of WNS!

It's been close to year and half with this wonderful family "WNS Cares Foundation". When I went for my first activity, I never thought that this will make me so happy that I will become the regular member of this amazing family. I have learnt from these kids that “Everyone has inside them a piece of good news. The good news is you don't know how great you can be! How much you can love! What you can accomplish! And what your potential!

These kids who are unbelievable and capable enough to touch the SKY. We just have to lend up our hands for their dreams and for their smile! There is no avoiding a child's eyes looking up at you! Generosity doesn't have to mean giving away things. Sharing a bit of yourself, opening a window into your own world, is a good place to begin.

Education is the right for all children-not just those who live in the developed world or those who come from wealthier families. I take immense pride to be associated with WCF activities and its events. The experience was extremely enlightening and I shall continue to take it to new Level. As Businesses cannot be successful when the society around them fails.
